The four pages that make up the Homestead Act of 1862 will be on display at the Homestead National Monument near Beatrice.
The display, on loan from the National Archives in Washington,
will be available for public viewing between April 25 and May 28.
The Homestead Act of 1862, signed by President Abraham Lincoln, is considered one of the 100 most important documents in the National Archives.
