The investigation into a home invasion in Omaha led police to make two arrests on unrelated charges.

Three armed men forced their way inside a home near South 111th and Jones streets Saturday night and stole money and a gaming system. The suspects drove away in a silver vehicle.

One of the victims, 19-year-old Perry Rutter, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.

The investigation led to a home at South 111th and Farnam streets where officers found a large amount of marijuana, cash and a gun. The resident, 25-year-old Kendra McClain, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests may be pending.

Three armed men also forced their way into a residence near North 87th Avenue and Sahler Street around 1:20 a.m. Sunday. Four people inside the home told police they were watching TV when the masked suspects came in. The victims fled and when they returned they noticed that tablets, a gaming system and a phone were missing.
