West Corporation says the positions will include 300 new, full-time regular and temporary customer service representatives at its Omaha locations.
The ESPN positions feature full-time, temporary employment, offering employees a competitive hourly wage of $10 per hour.
West is looking for candidates with a solid work history and customer service experience. Sports knowledge, good communication, problem-solving and computer skills are also necessary for the positions, which involve taking calls to support ESPN’s Fantasy Football program.
These temporary positions will last through the end of the year, with training starting weekly in July and August.
In addition to the temporary ESPN positions, West is also hiring full-time regular customer service positions for its other clients, including many nationally-recognized brands. These positions offer a variety of schedules, with wages ranging from $10 to $12 per hour, plus incentives, and paid training starting weekly, along with other benefits such as 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement.
Individuals interested in applying for any open West positions are encouraged to attend West’s job fair on Wednesday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., located at 11810 Nicholas Street in Omaha.
Applicants can find additional information about upcoming job fairs and apply online at www.westemployment.com.
