Giveaways, Special Events Planned To Celebrate Opening Of New Outlets

In less than 24 hours, the developer will cut the ribbon and officially open the Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna. Several events and special giveaways are planned to celebrate.

Grand Opening activities include:

Thursday, Nov. 14th

  • 2 p.m. - Boys Town kids will have a chance to do some early Christmas shopping, as well as, take home a backpack filled with goodies and gift cards from the retailers
  • 5:30 p.m. - The red carpet opens for the FirstLOOK Fashion Show, benefiting Teammates
  • 7 p.m. - FirstLOOK Fashion Show begins; featuring 60 looks from outlet retailers. Former Husker AD/Coach Tom Osborne will serve as a guest model

    Friday, Nov. 15th

  • 8:30 a.m. - Ribbon Cutting with Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Gretna Chamber of Commerce, Gretna Mayor Jim Timmerman
  • 10 a.m. - Nebraska Crossing officially opens to the public; music and giveaways all day, including Husker tickets and a Land Rover Evoque

    Saturday, Nov. 16th

  • 10 a.m.-9 p.m. - Music and giveaways for shoppers

    Sunday, Nov. 17th

  • 11 a.m.-6 p.m. - Music and giveaways for shoppers

    In addition, shoppers are being encouraged to signup for the NEX Club. Members will be eligible to win numerous prizes in the 45 Days of Extraordinary giveaways. Each day, from November 15 through January 1 two Apple iPad Airs, two $500 Borsheims Boutique gift cards, twenty $200 retailer gift cards, and two annual Omaha Zoo family memberships will be awarded to NEX Club members. Also, several lucky Scooter’s coffee customers will find a diamond valued at $5,000 in a one-pound bag of coffee purchased at the store.
