Free Admission To National Parks This Weekend
Here's a deal for your family: Get into any national park or national forest for free this weekend. The national parks and forests are offering free admission in honor of Veterans Day.
Many parks will also have free hikes or campfire talks during the weekend for visitors. The fee-free weekend begins this Saturday, Nov. 10, and runs through Monday, Nov. 12.
The tradition started in 2006 as a way to honor veterans and armed forces personnel.
