The former owner of the 93rd Street Spa in Omaha has admitted his role in what was called by federal investigators a massage parlor that was a front for prostitution. Channel 6 News first broke the story early last year. Friday morning in federal court, William "Randy" Knox plead guilty to racketeering and money laundering.

In exchange for the plea, the court dismissed six other counts. Knox has forfeited two vehicles, three bank accounts and wrote a check to the court for restitution in the amount of $225,000.

“Mr. Knox has accepted responsibility for what he's done and we're moving forward,” said his attorney, Stu Dornan. “He's making every effort to put himself in the best position by paying back restitution and doing what he need to do to become whole."

When he is sentenced in July, Knox could get up to 25 years in a federal prison. Four others were also charged in the case, three haven't yet gone to trial. Investigators have declined releasing the customer list, which they've said had some high profile names on it.
