Authorities are charging Jason Dannelly with four charges relating to prostitution dating back to Fall of 2012. Dannelly served as Midland University's Athletic Director from August 2011 until he resigned in November 2012.

Court documents allege 33-year-old Dannelly approached a student in danger of being suspended from the girls basketball team -- telling her he could protect her from dismissal if she had sex with him. According to the documents, Dannelly warned the girl she "would be found floating down the Loop River if she told anyone."

In another document, it claims Dannelly offered a 21-year-old female $300.00 to have sexual contact with him. The woman was a student athlete attending Midland University.

The woman showed investigators text messages supporting her allegation.

Dannelly denied each allegation in a voluntary interview with investigators.

He is facing the following charges from November 18, 2012:

1. Pandering in the 1st offense; class 4 felony.
2. Soliciting Prostitution; class 1 misdemeanor.

He is also facing two more charges from October 29, 2012:

1. Making Terroristic Threats; class 4 felony.
2. Soliciting Prostitution; class 1 misdemeanor.

Dannelly's arraignment is scheduled for late July at the Dodge County Courthouse.
