Cedar Rapids television station KGAN says Whitney Marquez was arrested on Tuesday.
Authorities say Marquez checked out DVDs, videotapes and books on Dec. 2, 2009. They were due back on Dec. 21, but authorities say Marquez didn't return them.
Marquez, who lives in Iowa City, is charged with fourth-degree theft.
A jailer said Thursday that Marquez was no longer in custody. A public phone listing for Marquez could not be found.
Online court records don't list the name of her attorney.
