The CDC’s weekly flu map indicates an improvement in Nebraska. The Cornhusker State had been listed as experiencing widespread flu. At one point, all but one state in the “lower 48” shared that listing.
Now Nebraska is among nine states listed as experiencing regional flu. Iowa remains in the widespread category. Georgia also improved over the past week to “localized” cases.
