Flood and flash flood warnings remain in effect for parts of western Nebraska, thanks to rain totals of 4 inches in some areas.

The National Weather Service says nearly 3.9 inches of rain fell
over the past 24 hours in Sidney.

The service says up to an inch of rain is expected from
thunderstorms that are forecast to move through many parts of the
Nebraska Panhandle on Monday.

Cheyenne County law enforcement has reported road flooding south
of Sidney, thanks to storm runoff. Water is spilling out of
Lodgepole Creek as well.
