Family Fight Spills Into Street, Police Involved

Omaha police were called to a home where a fight between family members reportedly got out of hand.
Dispatchers were initially called to a shooting at 31st and R Streets around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday. It turns out, one family member was hit in the head with a blunt object and another family member suffered, what police call, puncture wounds. All of the injuries are described as minor.
One group of people involved in the melee took off in a red Chevy Cavalier. Another group followed.
There's no word on whether any arrests were made.
