Some McCook bankers are warning businesses and individuals about counterfeit $20 bills.
McCook National Bank and several retailers received the bills last week.
Bank vice president Jim Hull says the bills are printed on thicker paper and don't have some security features, including watermarks and security threads.
The bills also may have been cut by hand, because the bill edges aren't always straight.
