Failure To Support Could Put Dad In Prison
Five years of non payment of child support could bring prison time.
Scott Tingelhoff, Saunders County Attorney, reports that Vincent Danner was charged with 19 counts of Criminal Non-Support, a class IV Felony, which has a maximum sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment for each count. Vincent Danner was originally charged in September of 2008 and was recently arrested in Mississippi and extradited back to Nebraska.
Vincent Danner has failed to pay any child support since January of 2007 and his total arrearage for this case is $7,970.76.
