Failure To Pay Brings Prison Time


Failure to pay child support lands man in jail.

52 year old James Logan was convicted on January 4, 2013, of four separate counts of Criminal Non-Support in the Saunders County District Court. He was sentenced as follows to prison.

Count I: to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 20 months nor more than 48 months with Department of Corrections.

Count II: to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 20 months nor more than 48 months with Department of Corrections. This sentence shall be served consecutively to the sentence imposed in Count I.

Count III: to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 20 months nor more than 48 months with Department of Corrections. This sentence shall be served concurrently to the sentence imposed in Count I.

Count IV: to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 20 months nor more than 48 months with Department of Corrections. This sentence shall be served concurrently to the sentence imposed in Count I.

James Logan had failed to pay his child support and his total for this case is $18,135.54.
