The university says the daylong exercise will involve as many as 900 people. Participating agencies include Lincoln's police and fire departments, the Lancaster County Sheriff, the Nebraska State
Patrol, the FBI and others.
The exercise will take place at Oldfather Hall, starting before 8 a.m. The university says it may appear chaotic to observers, but is important for emergency planning. The exercise will include hundreds of volunteer actors who will help with the training.
The exercise is financed with Department of Homeland Security
