Dundee Day Celebration

Residents of the Dundee Neighborhood celebrated “Dundee Day,” an annual street party, but this year there's something brand new to see.

There was the usual: fun, food, vendors, and games. Visitors also got to see the improved road, new plazas, landscaping, and additional parking.

Construction crews have been working on the "street scape improvement project" for months.

Although the project isn't quite yet complete the Dundee Merchants Association was excited for the attention.

Anne Cavanaugh of the Dundee Merchants Association says, “I think to kind of just give people more of a glimpse of who we are. We're a family community, and we want to share it with other people."

Dundee Day events wrapped up at eleven Saturday evening.
