Around 7:00 Thursday morning Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to a car in a creek near 20th and Pine Lake Road in Lincoln.
They found a black car with its front end in the water. Hazmat was also called as a precaution since the car was leaking fluids.
Bystanders pulled the driver out safely. There were no injuries but he was transported to the hospital with symptoms of hypothermia.
Police say slick road conditions most likely contributed to the crash.
