An underage drinking party gets broken up by Douglas County deputies. Several of those on the scene were injured too.
Around 3:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, deputies responded to a home in the Ponca Hills area. Twenty people were cited for drinking underage at the home.
Four young men rent the home. They were cited for providing alcohol. They are 19-year-old Benjamin Poloncic, 20-year-old James Suiter III, 20-year-old Benjamin Navickas, and 20-year-old William Philbin.
A guest at the party, 19-year-old Nicholas Diesling was the only person jailed, after he tried running from deputies at the scene.
Another young woman tried fleeing too, right off the edge of a balcony. She suffered a concussion.
