A city bus and a school bus collided Tuesday afternoon in Sioux City. Police say a child throwing a snowball shares at least some of the blame.
According to witnesses, a child threw a snowball at the school bus near West Middle School around 3 p.m. When the driver stopped, a city bus rear-ended the school bus. About 20 children claimed to have suffered some sort of injury, though only one was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
None of the 48 passengers on the city bus were injured.
