Due to the snowy and slick conditions, Deffenbaugh Industries got off to a slow start Wednesday morning, however, it is proceeding with garbage collection.
Deffenbaugh said it will complete as many routes as possible Wednesday and finish up collections Thursday as road conditions improve. Residents that are not collected by 7 p.m. should report the missed collection to the solid waste help line at 402-444-5238.
Residents are asked to ensure that their garbage remains accessible and visible until it is collected.
