A 19-year old man was shot and killed Sunday night after he and several others began arguing with another group. Witnesses say the victim, Naif Al-Kazahy, was with his brother and some friends when the argument broke out at 1328 Sumner Street.
The argument escalated into a physical altercation and someone produced a shotgun. One shot was fired, hitting Al-Kazahy in the chest.
Police say everyone involved in the altercation knew each other and it was not the first time they have argued.
The incident was reported at 11:23pm Sunday. At 6am Monday, a search warrant was served on the home. With the assistance of the SWAT team, police found no one at the home.
Police are processing the scene for evidence. No information has been provided as to any suspect description.
