Clothing Giveaway For Those Losing Weight

Successful dieters are cleaning out their closets in hopes of helping others.

Tony Dean, owner of The F.A.S.T. Diet, knows what it means to drop pounds, and clothing sizes.

His family lost more than 500 pounds together back in 2007, and they've kept it off.

He asked some of his clients to donate the sizes they don't need anymore, and the response has been overwhelming.

Dean says, "We thought maybe we were going to get 300-400 items. Instead, we ended up getting 855 items."

And the donations are still pouring in.

Ed Reiss donated some. He lost 95 pounds three years ago, and jokes, he's half the person he used to be.

Reiss says, "My pant size was a 42, probably should have been a 44 with the elastic waist bands it helped that, but now I'm a 32."

Amy Purinton is another success story. Amy lost 80 pounds nine months ago.

Purinton says, "I really enjoy going to Goodwill and finding smaller sizes. Some definite closet purging happened."

The clothes will be donated to others, now in the process of losing weight.

The tags on them, marked "my last 12."

Their previous owners, committed to keeping the weight off-no matter what.

Reiss says, "I actually did my first 100 mile bike ride this year and three years ago, that would've never happened."
