Update: Man Booked For Christmas Eve Murder
A suspect was taken into custody and booked Wednesday for the Christmas Eve stabbing death of an Omaha man.
Fifty-three-year-old Victor Gray of Omaha faces charges of second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Forty-two-year-old Milton Thomas was assaulted Monday evening in or near his apartment at 56th and Ames.
Gray spent three months in jail in 2007 for third-degree assault and 10 days in jail in 2009 for resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.
