Omaha police were called to investigate an armed disturbance after the owner of a car, that was being repossessed, pulled out a gun.
The victim told police he was repossessing the vehicle in the area of 42nd and I Street, when 27-year-old Samantha Gintz allegedly threatened to shoot him.
Officers found a black BB air pistol at the scene and arrested Gintz for making terroristic threats. No one was hurt.
