Council Bluffs Police arrested a 48-year-old man for his part in several thefts in the Bluffs.
According to police reports, officers served outstanding warrants on 48-year-old Mark Allen Gwennap at his home near 18th and 2nd Avenue late Monday night.
Gwennap is charged with two counts of Burglary, 2nd degree theft and 4th degree theft.
He was taken into custody around 9:45 PM Monday without incident.
Gwennap was booked in at the Pottawattamie County Correstions Center and has bonded out.
