Accidents Flood One County

An overnight accident north of Louisville sent a motorcyclist to the hospital. The man was airlifted to an Omaha hospital.

The motorcycle was found by a passerby on Highway 31 in Sarpy County early this morning. The man was found in the ditch.

The Cassgram reports Cass County Call Logs show Murray Fire and Rescue, Plattsmouth Rescue and sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the scene of an accident involving a mowing tractor at 620 Main in Murray just after 3pm Tuesday. Reports say a 58-year-old man was transported to the hospital.

Plattsmouth Rescue transported a 43-year-old man last evening whose big toe was severed in a pickup tailgate accident, according to reports.

Murray Fire and Rescue was called to transport a 62-year-old man injured when he fell off a horse this morning.

No one was transported after a Monday afternoon traffic accident at Highway 75 and WaConDa Road. Sheriff’s deputies, Union Rescue and Nehawka Fire and Rescue responded to the intersection at 3:15pm. A Toyota Rav 4, driven by a 19-year-old female from Nebraska City, was southbound on Highway 75 and slowing for a turning vehicle when it was rear-ended by a Ford F-150 driven by a 37-year-old man from Julian, Nebraska. Seatbelts were in use.
