Thousands of OPPD customers were without power in the central part of the city.
Four circuits went down at 73rd & Blondo around 4:00 a.m.
Power was out from Blondo to Dodge, between 62nd and 84th Street.
Between Blondo and Grant from 55th to 64th.
And Grant to Underwood between 55th to 62nd.
The problem was fixed and power restored shortly before 6 a.m.
