The Federal Government has recalled more than 200 thousand cribs by Simplicity and Graco.

Simplicity full-sized cribs with tubular metal mattress-support frames are on the list.

The consumer product safety commission says those tubes can bend or break, causing the mattress to collapse.

At least one suffocation death and 13 other incidents have been reported to the c-p-s-c.

The C-P-S-C is not sure how many cribs are involved, but urges owners not to use or attempt to fix these cribs.

Also, more than 200-thousand Graco drop-side cribs made by LaJobi have been recalled because of entrapment and suffocation hazards.

The C-P-S-C and LaJobi have received 99 complaints about several different models.

The company is offering a hardware kit to immobilize the drop-side.
