Omaha Police have arrested one man for the suspicion of being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, and making terroristic threats. The victim says the suspect threatened to "stab him in the eye."
According to police reports officers were called to the area of 33rd and California during the late night hours of Thursday, March 25th to check on a disturbance.
Once there officers say they saw two men, one armed with a buck knife.
After securing the knife officers ran a background check on the suspect. It showed three previous felony convictions, the most recent in November of 2005.
Rodrigo Thompson, 34 was arrested and taken to the Douglas County Jail.
His alleged victim tells officers Thompson got angry and accused him of "looking at me wrong."
