Officers Bust Marijuana Operation, Woman Arrested
27-year-old Elizabeth Chica is facing charges after police find 84 marijuana plants in a South Omaha home.
The Omaha Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency busted the active marijuana grow operation Thursday morning inside a home at 40th & X.
Inside they found 84 marijuana plants.
27-year-old Elizabeth Chica was arrested. She is being charged with manufacturing marijuana, and possession of suspected methamphetamine.
She is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, March 9th.
