An Omaha man whose wife was found dead Sunday morning faces a charge of manslaughter.
Fifty-seven-year-old Patrick Cain is due in Douglas County Court at 9 a.m. Wednesday. His 57-year-old wife Evelyn was found dead in their home near 31st and State streets. Police were called to the Florence neighborhood residence just after 9 a.m. Police haven't said who called.
The charge of manslaughter carries a penalty of up to 20 years in jail.
