Nearly three dozen more computer users at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are being notified that they face lawsuits if they don't settle music piracy complaints from an industry group.

The Recording Industry Association of America said yesterday that 33 more U-N-L users face legal problems.

Those 33 are among 395 nationwide who were sent notices.

Since February, the association has targeted 94 U-N-L students and other users, including at least five who have been sued in federal court for copyright infringement.

The university itself is not a defendant.

The association has sued about 18-thousand computer users nationwide since September 2003, including about a thousand university students.
