A 23 year old man is dead after an early morning shooting in Bellevue.
He's been identified as 23 year old Michael Garcia, an airman at Offutt Air Force Base.
He was stationed there from Texas.
A 21 year old friend of the victims has been arrested. Cory D. Hernandez was taken into custody for manslaughter.
Police say Garcia was shot in the head.
Two other men at the scene are being treated as witnesses. The four men were in an apartment in Bellevue when the shooting occurred just before 1am this morning.
More details will be released as the investigation continues.
