"I would like to give a huge heartfelt thank you to all the rescue personnel that saved my life -- Saunders County Sheriff, the Fire & Rescue squads from Wahoo, Yutan, Mead, Weston and Prague, the Yutan Dive Team and my co-workers who all braved the frigid water on that day.

"Also to the Creighton Medical team for an outstanding job. They treated me and my family very, very well. All of these individuals are truly heroes.
