A 27-year-old Plattsmouth man was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of terroristic threats, a Class IV Felony according to the Cassgram.

Plattsmouth Police said a caller to the 911 dispatch center just before midnight Thursday advised there was a bomb in DC’s Waterhole bar. Police evacuated the business, conducted a search of the premises and found nothing. Patrons were allowed back in at approximately 12:30am.

Officers traced the cell phone number that appeared on the 911 computer which led them to Troy D. Liveringhouse. Liveringhouse was incarcerated in the Cass County Jail. He posted bond later in the day and was released.
