A dream of cultural enhancement for the metro is one step closer to reality. It's arriving in the form of the Ruth Sokolof Theater.
The art house theater is being built at 14th and Webster and is set to open in late July.
It will feature independent films; documentaries and foreign films.
Ruth Sokolof's grandson, Mark Javitch says, "I know that Ruth Sokolof would be very proud of this project of Rachael and of what we've done to help make this a viable project."
