With one man already on trial, Omaha Police arrested a second man in connection with the shooting of an Omaha woman back in 2008.
Late Tuesday night, Rayshawn Abram was arrested on several charges related to the kidnapping and shooting of Sarah Schramm. The crime happened June 23, 2008 near 53rd and Bauman Avenue.
Abram was booked for Attempted First Degree Murder, Use of a Gun to Commit a Felony, Tampering with a Witness, and Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony.
Jamaal Abram is currently on trial for the same crime. Prosecutors say he's the one who pulled the trigger and shot Schramm six to eight times.
Schramm survived by playing dead and was able to testify against one of the other defendants earlier this year. She is expected to take the stand again.
