A 10-week-old infant has died in Council Bluffs, after being rushed to the hospital Friday night.

Police were called to Comanche Street and Navajo Street around 9:00 Firday night to assist with an unresponsive infant. The baby was taken to Alegent Hospital in Council Bluffs, where it was pronounced dead by the physiciaon a little after 11:00.

Council Bluffs Police have not said how the baby died or if the death is suspicious, but they are continuing their investigation.
