An apartment fire in Ralston has been classified as arson. The person suspected of starting it is a resident.

Police arrested Susan Blair for arson. She is being held at Douglas County Corrections.

On September 15th, firefighters were called to 7600 Main Street in Ralston for a fire. When crews arrived, they could see heavy smoke coming from the first floor of the three-story building.

Firefighters quickly put out the fire. No one was hurt.

Damage was contained to one unit, however the estimated loss is roughly $50,000.
