The one-vehicle accident Tuesday near 108th and Mynard Road resulted in the 83-year-old woman being treated and released from Midlands Hospital.
The southbound car missed the bridge, became airborne and went down a steep embankment. It was on its top in Cedar Creek.
The woman was carefully removed by deputies and Louisville Fire and Rescue personnel. Cass County Emergency Management Agency Director Bill Cover said about 15 gallons of gas and oil leaked into the creek.
