Councilman Sigerson's Condition Upgraded

Councilman Sigerson is officially listed in "good" condition.

His family spokesperson, Jim Vokal, says he will begin a formal rehabilitation program later this week.

Sigerson suffered a heart attack and a stroke on August 29th.
