Two New Jersey men are jailed after a traffic stop leads to the discovery of 23.3 lbs of marijuana in their vehicle.
At approximately 11:45 p.m., Wednesday, September 2, a trooper stopped a southbound, 2009 Chevy Malibu, for speeding at Highway 77 and Rosa Parks Way.
The trooper smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the car.
A probable cause search led to the seizure of 23.3 lbs of marijuana.
The marijuana was located in the trunk of the vehicle.
The driver of the car, 30-year-old John Mazzeo III, of Hazlet, New Jersey and a passenger in the vehicle, 32-year-old Harry Seinsoth III, of Jackson, New Jersey, were both lodged in the Lancaster County Jail on charges of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
