Lincoln Police ticketed a woman twice Wednesday morning for drunken driving. Both times she was stopped by the same officer.

Thirty-three-year-old Claudia Bustamante was initially stopped at 1:13 a.m. for making an improper turn at 48th and Highway 2. Police said her blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. She was cited and turned over to detox.

At 3:09 a.m., Bustamante was stopped again at 40th Street. The officer recognized the car and noticed her driving down the center of the lanes. Police said Bustamante's boyfriend had picked her up from detox and was following her home.

Bustamante was taken to jail where her blood-alcohol tested slightly lower, but still nearly twice the legal limit. She was ticketed for a second DUI and negligent driving.
