Fire Investigation
A family of six manages to escape an overnight house fire.
Firefighters tell us it was the sound of their home burning that actually tipped them off.
They heard the crackle of the fire coming from a back bedroom just before one this morning at 33rd and Meredith.
Crews arrived and quickly put the fire out, limiting damage to that one room but we're told the three adults and three children could not stay there last night.
The Red Cross was called in to help out.
We still don't know what caused the fire.
