A man turns himself in to authorities after the Nebraska Humane Society offers a $1,000 reward leading to his arrest.
Ken Soll was wanted for violating probabtion. He pled guilty to animal neglect after authorities found horses and dogs in extremely poor health on his farm.
Soll turned himself into Omaha Police Headquarters Wednesday morning.
The Nebraska Humane Society says the Metro Fugitive Task Force and the Douglas County Sheriffs Office assisted its investigators in tracking down leads.
