Reward Offered in Animal Cruelty Case

The Nebraska Humane Society is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for violating his probation in an animal cruelty case.

Two horses had to be euthanized. Several dogs also were seized.

When caught Soll will serve 90 days in jail.

Kenny Soll is a 69-year-old white male. He is six feet, four inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Soll is believed to be living in Douglas or Washington County.

Tips can be called into the Nebraska Humane Society’s Phoenix Tip line at 444-7800, extension 1.

Callers do not have to leave their name and they will be assigned a code number.
