Papillion Police are seeing an increase in complaints about door to door solicitations.
Magazine sales are common this time of year. However in Papillion solicitors are required to register at city hall and receive a permit which they must display when going door to door.
Papillion Police report many solicitors are not getting a license. Officers will ticket those not properly registered.
