Items thrown from a moving vehicle and reckless driving landed an 18-year-old from Papillion in Cass County Jail.
The Cassgram reports that Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann released information yesterday about the 4th of July incident.
A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado was stopped by a deputy in the northbound lane of Highway 75 near Osage Ranch. The driver, Nathan R. Pierce, was arrested for criminal mischief, willful reckless driving and littering. The driver of one of the vehicles that was struck by an object stopped to file a report.
Passengers in the Pierce vehicle were a 16-year-old female and a 19-year-old male from Papillion. The county attorney will review the reports for possible charges for the passengers.
