Jail time for 4th offense DUI. 33-year-old Theresa Koehler of Ashland was given a 180-day sentence in the Cass County Jail. Her driver’s license was suspended for 15 years.
The Cassgram It was her fourth DUI since 2002 and Cass County District Court Judge Randall Rehmeier said her case was “not suitable for probation.”
However, he said he believed Koehler is making progress in her battle against alcohol and decided she should serve in the sentence—the minimum for a jail sentence for the offense—in the county jail as opposed to the state prison system.
