Police confirmed Saturday that an arrest was made in Friday’s murder of 26-year-old Davarus Neelon of Omaha.
McNichols allegedly gunned down Neelon inside a home at 42nd and Ohio during an argument just before 9 a.m., took four children and left the scene. Police pulled over his vehicle near 30th and Taylor, taking McNichols into custody without incident. The children were not hurt.
